About Soluble Cutting Oils
Soluble Cutting Oil is a type of coolant lubricant which is
used during metal working machining process. When any metal is cut, turned,
honed or finished by any other process by mechanical force, high friction and
heat are automatically generated which reduces life of the tools and can also
damage the metal components. For reducing these effects Soluble Cutting Oils
are used, thus reducing high heat and friction. During Metal Working operations
soluble cutting oils dissolves in water keep the metal and cutting machines at
their suitable operating temperatures thus increasing their life and output.
Synthetic Cutting
Oil
The cutting oil synthetic offered
by is water soluble cutting oil that is specially formulated for heavy cutting
and grinding operations. It has stable milky white emulsion up to 1000 ppm
(CaC03) providing it good antirust and bactericide properties. Our cutting oil
is suitable for various purposes including metal cutting, turning, threading,
drilling, and grinding. With standard dose of 5% emulsion with water, the
dilution depends upon the lubrication required in the process.
Rust Preventive Oil
Rust Preventive Oil as the name implies, is a variety of oil which stop rust layer freezing on surface of metals when used outer side of metals. When any metal come in the link of air and water then a thick layer of rust automatically freeze outer side of metal, this layer of rust weaken to the metal slowly. Weakness of metal due to rust ultimately reduces life of metal and metal soon perish.
For preventing rust freezing outer surface of metals Rust Preventive Oil is used. Rust Preventive Oil is polished outer surface of metals. Polishing of rust preventive oil on metal prevents metal’s link with water and air. Rust Preventive Oil becomes a hurdle between Metal and Water/Air. Thus rust doesn’t freeze outer surface of any metal because of rust preventive oil. Use of Rust Preventive Oil on metal makes sure long life of metals. So Rust Preventive Oil is widely used in metalworking industry in all over the world.
